This course is actually quite easy for a 3rd year Science Course. Reason: 1)There are no difficult concepts mostly. 2)Although there seems to be a lot of formulas. They are given in both the midterm and final. 3)There is a mini poster presentation worth 25%, anyone can easily get 85% plus. 4) only 3 easy assignments (15%) and 1 midterm (25%), final is worth 35%. Make sure you understand all the formulas and practice the tutorial questions. Most importantly, pay attention to the units (the focus of this course). You don't have to go to most of his class, as they can be learnt by yourself at home…except for the last chapter. Trust me, take this course and you won't regret. P.S. Thorsten Dieckmann is the professor
